- some improvements (performance, functionality) to custom apis for
parallelhash containers, which allow to operate under protection of the internal mutex. - user-contributed debug visualizers (gdb, lldb)
- fix issue when using phmap as submodule

- very fast dump/restore cereal serialization of phmap containers containing
trivially_copyabletypes - compiler issues/warnings
