• fix data label issue when the chart is placed in a wrapper with a rtl direction

New applyDataCorrection utility

• Use applyDataCorrection to make noisy data smoother and easier to read, without shifting trends or altering the start and end values. It reduces random spikes and visual jitter while preserving the true timing and overall shape of the data.
