Built-in annotator
- Prevent scroll on touch screens when drawing lines
- Add new annotation modes:
- straight line with arrowhead
- straight line
The mode button now starts from the straight line + arrowhead and cycles as such:
straight line + arrow -> text -> straight line -> freehand line
