Grandine 3.0.0-rc.3 fixes a regression introduced in 3.0.0-rc.2. Upgrading to 3.0.0-rc.3 is mandatory if you are experiencing any issues with previous RC releases.
Mainnet users should not upgrade to this release. It is intended for testing and validating the Gloas hard fork and its new features, including:
