Fixed
- Loki log queries now return lines in time order across streams and no longer drop a line at the limit boundary when results span multiple streams (#1259)
- Loki and VictoriaLogs query time bounds keep sub-second (up to nanosecond) precision, so narrow windows return results and callers can page by exact log timestamps (#1260)
- A configured Grafana URL with a trailing slash no longer produces double-slashed request paths when fetching frontend settings (#1258)
- PyPI wheels now compress the bundled binary, shrinking each wheel from about 55MB to about 17MB (#1257)
