What's changed

• Only set the cluster name in Beyla's config when using .cluster.name. Avoids the case of setting it to an empty string. (#3060) (@petewall)
• Add kubelet_evictions to the default Kubelet allow list, and kube_pod_status_ready, kube_poddisruptionbudget_status_current_healthy, and kube_poddisruptionbudget_status_desired_healthy to the default Kube State Metrics allow list, so the provisioned alerting and recording rules have the metrics they need.
