- Fixes a bug that caused
--rerun-failsto exit with success when not all tests had passed, if multiple tests in a package were being rerun and on the last attempt the last test in the package passed, but others did not - Prevents the rerun-fails-report from being printed if the rerun is not performed due to too many initial failures
