This release supports the new stages of Gotenberg 9.1.0.

New Methods

• Stage::extractAttachments(?string $name): extract the files a PDF embeds, every one or the one named.
• Stage::extractText($pages, $invisible, $artifacts, $annotations): extract the text of a PDF as a .txt file.

Both run alone with Gotenberg::pdf($apiUrl)->run(...), or last in stages(...).
