A pre-release for field validation. HACS offers this only to users who have enabled beta versions for this repository. It is not a public release, and the changes below still ship to everyone in the next monthly bundle as 3.44.0.
What changed since 3.44.0-beta.3
- Works on Home Assistant 2026.10 (#735). The same fix as v3.43.3:
langchain-openai1.6.7 so setup no longer fails with "Requirements for home_generative_agent not found: ['langchain-openai==1.0.3']", and Home Assistant tool calls work with 2026.10's newToolResult. The minimum Home Assistant version is now 2026.8.0. - Sentinel no longer re-alerts a standing condition every 30 minutes (#723, #726). A rule like "lock unlocked for more than 2 hours" now keeps one alert identity, so the 4-hour "waiting for your response" hold applies to it.
- Clearer push subtitles. Open door and window pushes name the device (#729), and "in a state too long" rules approved from discovery show the device, state and duration instead of a bare number (#728).

- House notification cooldown (#721) and fewer audit store writes (#724).
- History questions always bind the history tool (#715), history times are read as local time (#719), and history only reads devices exposed to Assist (#716, a behavior change: expose a sensor under Settings → Voice assistants → Expose to ask about its history).
- The Sentinel proposals card follows your Home Assistant profile language (#697, #714, @hruba202).
- Low-battery rules approved from discovery get a readable push subtitle (#696, @hruba202).
