BigQuery!!
We are happy to announce the GA release of the Google Cloud BigQuery Rust SDK!
The crate comes with full support for:
- Executing queries and awaiting the results (example)
- Idiomatic value access, including converting Rows to application-defined structs (example).
- Reading a table efficiently with the BigQuery Storage Read API (example)
- Streaming writes in Arrow format via the BigQuery Storage Write API (example)
- With multiplexing support and regional channel pooling for the default stream
- And support for application-created streams
We welcome any and all feedback on the crate, and thank you in advance for trying it out!
NOTE: We are releasing the crate at version 0.x out of an abundance of caution and respect for semantic versioning. We believe the APIs to be stable and ready for production use. We do not foresee making any breaking changes to the API. We expect to release the crate with version 1.0 in the next release of the SDK.
