- Removed DoubleClick Ad Exchange content. This API has been sunset.
- Added support for AdWords v201601.
- Updated the AdWords account_management get_account_hierarchy.py example to
properly handle the case where ManagedCustomerService.get returns multiple
pages of results. - Refactored AdWords upload_offline_conversions.py example, moved to
remarketing. - Refactored AdWords add_complete_campaigns_using_batch_job.py example, moved to
campaign_management. - The AdWords BatchJobHelper and IncrementalUploadHelper utilities now
initialize URLs for v201601 and up. - The AdWords IncrementalUploadHelper is now serializable.
