Maintainance release that fixes 2 bugs:

• Breaking change in flask-login package
  BREAKING: The is_authenticated, is_active, and is_anonymous members of
  the user class are now properties, not methods.
• Plaso task worker did not set data location. Added this so that message strings support in Plaso is enabled.
