Godot 4.5 dev 3 is a dev snapshot for the 4.5 feature release. Dev snapshots are in-development builds of the engine provided for early testing and feature evaluation while the engine is still being worked on.

To make a custom build which would also be recognized as dev3, you should define GODOT_VERSION_STATUS=dev3 in your build environment prior to compiling.
