Godot 4.5 dev 1 is a dev snapshot for the 4.5 feature release. Dev snapshots are in-development builds of the engine provided for early testing and feature evaluation while the engine is still being worked on.

To make a custom build which would also be recognized as dev1, you should define GODOT_VERSION_STATUS=dev1 in your build environment prior to compiling.
Note: The Web builds are actually made from the above commit + a local cherry-pick of GH-104406 to patch up the Web editor build.
