summary: esc now behaves closer to the Vim reality. and also you can hide the Menu Bar Icon hehe.

• so in case you use esc to enter Normal Mode, now pressing esc again will NOT send you back to macOS, except if you chose to override the macOS native esc with double esc. makes no sense? check the settings and try. this change makes the esc motion match Vim's behavior better when in Normal Mode.

• add setting to hide the Menu Bar Icon if you don't wanna people know that you're using kV (coz that'd be too awesome and make them jealous)
