improve
- update the old shitty WhatsApp descriptions (it's the WhatsApps that are shitty, not the descriptions) in The Wizard to point to the new (accessible aww) version
- update Notes description in The Wizard because in some cases you may want to enforce the Key Mapping Family
- update the Paddle Framework which should improve the robustness of the Licences checks (hopefully no more Expired Licenses that are not expired)
- if you enter Normal Mode with a custom shortcut you can now override the shortcut if macOS barks that it's already used (and you can't find where)

- add the new (accessible aww) WhatsApp to The Wizard
- add Microsoft Outlook to The Wizard
