kV38: Another Fixes Edition but also The Key Remappers Edition.

summary: most proper key remappers should now remap keys before kV access them. a bunch of motions fixes. and more.

• fix Accessibility Strategy Normal Mode and Visual Mode ( that would skip empty lines in some cases
• fix Accessibility Strategy Normal Mode dW, dw when at the end of a non-empty or non-blank line
• fix Accessibility Strategy Normal Mode dW, dw when on empty lines
• fix Accessibility Strategy Normal Mode da', da" and da` caret repositioning when a quote is the last character of a line
• fix the position of the Characters Window on multiple monitors

• improve blah blah for Bear in The Wizard

• the event tap system has been revamped so that tools like Hammerspoon and Hyperkey always access keyboard events before kV, so that you can do all your remapping and more with those tools first ✌🏼️
• add BusyCal to The Wizard
• add RStudio to The Wizard
