summary: all of your keyboard layouts are belong to us. new Vim motions to exit Scrolla coz it's so cool. new apps supported.

• on top of i, you can now exit Scrolla with the rest of the Vim moves that would send you back to Normal Mode, i.e. A, a, C, c, I, O, o, S and s coz why not
• the Custom Shortcut field is now tabbable

• add support for whatever keyboard layout you're using, so now opening the Settings and the Manual Mode with 123456789 will work with whatever you fancy
• add explicit support for Orion
• add explicit support for Everlog
