Release

Stable release of Harness Remote 3.3.0: the Android APK below, plus unsigned Windows, macOS and Linux desktop builds attached by the desktop workflow.

Harness Remote 3.3.0 rebuilds how a Session shows the agent at work, lets you pair a phone from the Machines list, and gives the desktop app project folders, a LAN pairing option and a right-click menu.

  • Each reply keeps the agent's work in one Activity section above the answer. One line says what happened: how long the agent worked and how many commands, edits, reads and searches it ran. While a turn runs, the line shows the step in progress.

  • The agent's progress notes are shown as text, so its explanations are no longer hidden among tool cards. Each tool call is one compact row ("Ran npm test", "Read src/app.ts") that opens to the full command, the edit diff, the output or the todo list. Reasoning is a single "Thought for 12s" line with a preview.

  • An open Activity section keeps its header pinned while you scroll, with Collapse at the bottom and Expand all / Collapse all for every row.

  • Settings → Conversation activity chooses what stays visible while the agent works (its latest update, all its updates, every step, or a summary line) and after it answers, and whether reasoning is collapsed, expanded or hidden. Changes apply to open Sessions straight away.

  • Claude Code tool calls are labelled by their real tool and kind, so a shell command no longer reads as a file read.

  • Every machine card offers Pair a phone. It shows a fresh QR from that daemon with a countdown and follows it until the phone is paired. A daemon that only listens on loopback explains why a phone cannot reach it.

  • The desktop app has a Phone pairing setting that opens its built-in daemon to the local network, after a confirmation and a restart of the local runtime. It is off by default.

  • Project folders are set in the machine editor. The desktop app's own daemon now defaults to your home folder instead of the folder it was launched from.

  • While a turn runs, its newest line stays in the middle of the transcript and the reply grows into the space below. Sending no longer lifts your message to the top, and the view no longer jumps when the turn ends.

  • The Session rail keeps New Session, search and filters in place while the list scrolls. Each machine loads its own older Sessions.

  • OpenCode 2, MiMo and Copilot Sessions can be renamed and removed from Harness Remote again. Removing a Session hides it here and keeps its history in the harness.

  • OpenCode 2 history opens even when the Session's project folder has been deleted.

  • Right-click now opens a menu: Cut, Copy, Paste and Select all in text fields, Copy on selected text, and Copy link address on links.

  • Bridge, web type-check, regression, desktop and Chromium smoke suites pass, along with the eight required pull request checks.

  • The new Activity section was checked in the desktop app on a live Claude Code Session, in light and dark themes.

Notes

  • Built from e787fb9d2e5c93b9ef3bc945d6a4098d70639811
  • Version code 30300
