Release
Stable release of Harness Remote 3.2.0: the Android APK below, plus unsigned Windows, macOS and Linux desktop builds attached by the desktop workflow.
Harness Remote 3.2.0 adds GitHub Copilot CLI, OpenCode 2 and MiMo Code, keeps finished Sessions marked until you look at them, and makes Claude Code Sessions reliable across reloads and adapter restarts.
New coding agents
- GitHub Copilot CLI through its native ACP mode, with models discovered from the Copilot SDK, including the Auto selection.
- OpenCode 2 through native ACP. OpenCode Legacy (v1) keeps its HTTP integration, and the installed
opencodeversion decides which one is used. - MiMo Code through native ACP, with normalized models and variants and at most three native processes. MiMo no longer imports Claude Code Sessions as its own.
- The real-harness release gate now covers all eight integrations.
Sessions
- Ready marker: a Session that finishes while you are elsewhere stays marked Ready until you open it. The open Session clears at your next click, key press, scroll or mouse movement.
- Desktop focus mode hides the Session header and toolbar so the transcript gets the whole pane.
- Compact Session header: on a wide pane the header is a single row, the project outcome is a chip with a popover, and a message you send is lifted to the top of the transcript with room for the reply.
- Opening a linked Session on another harness now needs an explicit Harness choice, so a normal Send no longer creates a duplicate Claude or MiMo Session.
- The Session list stays loaded when a harness process starts or stops, instead of falling back to "Loading Sessions".
Claude Code fixes
- Reopening a Claude Code Session no longer shows answers twice, doubles their text, or piles every tool call into one Activity.
- After the Claude adapter exits, the next prompt reopens the Session first: it is sent at once, stays in the transcript and gets its own reply. A Session the adapter lost is reloaded and the prompt retried once.
Reliability
- Model selectors and Session history are stable across all harnesses: browser event streams are shared and paused in hidden tabs, and PI and Codex history no longer loses or duplicates turns.
- The gateway prints only harness errors to the terminal. Pass
--verbosefor the full adapter diagnostics. - Pull requests to
mainmust pass the eight required checks, and post-merge packaging builds no longer repeat them.
Known limitation
- A turn runs inside the harness process the gateway started, so stopping or restarting the gateway interrupts a turn still in progress. The Session is kept by the harness: open it again to see what was done and continue.
Validation
- All 706 bridge tests pass, along with the web type-check, build and regression suite and the eight required pull request checks.
- The maintainer tested the Session list, the Ready marker and the Claude Code fixes in the running application before release.
Thanks
Thanks to @moophat for reporting the cluttered Session chrome that led to desktop focus mode (#557) and the Claude Sessions that stayed dead after their Claude Code process exited (#558).
