Release
Stable release of Harness Remote 3.1.2: the Android APK below, plus unsigned Windows, macOS and Linux desktop builds attached by the desktop workflow.
Harness Remote 3.1.2 is a maintenance release focused on reliable task cancellation and cross-machine continuation.
Fixes and updates
- Keep a task active and report an error when its native Stop cannot be confirmed, including when the session transport is missing. A failed Stop no longer marks running work as cancelled.
- Preserve the selected project, model, and confirmation state while the model catalog refreshes during cross-machine continuation.
- Update the pinned official Codex ACP adapter to 1.13.1.
Reliability improvements
- Share atomic JSON persistence across task, approval, lineage, and operation stores while preserving corruption backups and serialized mutations.
- Share idempotent session mutation handling, including checkpoints and reconciliation, to avoid repeating native operations on retries.
- Unify task cancellation and terminal run bookkeeping, remove duplicate machine-agent filtering, and improve OpenCode regression test synchronization.
Validation
- All 622 bridge tests passed, along with the full web suite and web/Electron builds.
- The maintainer confirmed the requested manual application tests passed before the underlying PRs were merged.
- Release versions are aligned across the CLI, desktop/web package, and web lockfile; dependencies are unchanged by the release bump.
