Stable Android release APK for Harness Remote 2.5.0.

What's Changed

• Claude Code is a supported harness. Pick it in Settings and the app drives Claude Code
  through the same local ACP bridge that already fronts OMP and PI, using the official
  @agentclientprotocol/claude-agent-acp adapter. A claude login subscription is enough —
  no API key, no metered billing. Setup is in the README's Claude Code section.
• Model selection on Claude Code, with versions. The picker lists what the adapter offers —
  Default, Sonnet, Fable, Opus with 1M context, Haiku — and each entry says which model it
  actually is, so "Sonnet" reads as Sonnet 5 · Efficient for routine tasks.
• Sessions can be renamed and deleted on OMP and PI, not just OpenCode. These are bridge-local:
  a rename is a nickname and a delete hides the session from that bridge. The harness keeps its
  own history, and clearing the bridge's state directory brings both back.
• New sessions created from the app are titled "Remote session" rather than "Mobile session",
  in your language, now that the app is not only a phone.
• PI sessions hold their order in the list instead of reshuffling when the adapter restamps
  every timestamp, and a session created from the app is usable straight away rather than
  needing a reload first.
• A harness that injects its own notifications into a conversation no longer has them shown as
  messages you wrote.
• A harness without a model list says so, instead of claiming to load one indefinitely.
• The web app at https://giuliastro.github.io/harness-remote/ now redeploys on every merge, so
  it carries the current tip of main. It is the place to try a change; the APK below remains
  the stable channel and is still cut only from a release.

• @gervaso-assistant (Gervaso) — built the Claude Code
  backend and its bridge profile, brought rename and delete to OMP and PI sessions, and steadied
  PI session ordering and creation.
