Stable Android release APK for Harness Remote 2.3.0.

Desktop mode: above 781px the app becomes two panes, a sessions sidebar beside the conversation
Resizable panels, with both widths remembered per browser
Compact sidebar rows, and Settings and Help opening over the chat instead of replacing it
Jump-to-end buttons for long conversations and session lists, on both layouts
Stop a lean history snapshot from swallowing sent messages until the session was reopened
Preserve loading and reconnect states when a device wakes from standby
Stop the empty conversation pane spinning on a load that was never happening
Say what an external session is instead of tagging it
Fix the session header, and rebuild the rename affordance
One honest state when the server cannot be reached
Mobile polish: keyboard, session cards, touch affordances
Name the harness in the header, and name a failed model fetch
Report models for a session this bridge process did not create
Document desktop mode in the README and the Help page
