Highlights
- Upgraded the Android stack to Capacitor 8.
- Refined the Android-first UX with persistent bottom navigation, clearer touch targets, and a cleaner app shell.
- Reworked session cards to make status, file changes, and recent activity easier to scan.
- Improved the Settings flow so testing a connection does not silently save or navigate away.
- Fixed the idle refresh icon so it no longer appears to spin when nothing is running.
- Added lightweight UI and settings regression checks.
