Exactly like 3.3.0rc2 which was not released to PyPI because of a GitHub Actions configuration issue in this repo.

Like 3.3.0rc1 + improvement to the Protected environments syntax and a fix for the Python 3.11 Docker image (it used an RC2 version of Python 3.11 instead of its final one).
