- Agent Merge now always replies to pull request review feedback inside the reviewer's comment thread and resolves it, instead of sometimes posting a separate top-level comment and leaving the thread unresolved.
- Cancelling a plan review (or pressing Escape) now stops the current turn without approving the plan.
- Clicking a plan action now submits it immediately instead of requiring a separate Continue click.
- Clicking Try again on a pull request description that failed to load now shows loading feedback instead of appearing unresponsive.
- Custom apps in the "Open in" menus can now be removed using only the keyboard.
