New features

• --animate-infobar turns off the animation of the infobar added to a saved page. The bar blinks and shows an expanding ring when the page is opened, which is what it has always done; pass --animate-infobar false to keep it still. The animation is skipped anyway when the reader's system is set to reduce motion (#1504)

Changes

• single-file-core is updated to 1.6.5, which carries the other half of the option above
