oot-vr v0.8.0-beta
You can now download mods from the VR menu.
This is a beta release. Some problems are known. Save frequently.
Important
You must own a legal copy of the game. This APK does not contain game assets. At the first start, you select a dump of your own cartridge or disc.
Added
- Download mods from the VR menu (#121). Select VR Settings > Mods, and then select Download below a mod. The game downloads the mod from the page of its author.
- Three mods in the Mod list (#122): OoT Reloaded, Djipi's 3DS Experience, and Castilian Spanish Translation.
Known problems
- Some pre-rendered interiors have no textures (#17).
- A gray rectangle shows during scene transitions (#20).
- Link shouts when you swing the sword (#19).
- Distant objects disappear when you look straight at them (#56).
Install
- Enable developer mode on the headset.
- Install
oot-vr-v0.8.0-beta.apkwith SideQuest oradb install. - Copy your dump into the
Downloadfolder of the headset. - Start OoT VR from Unknown Sources, and select your dump.
If you have an older version, select VR Settings > Update in the game.
If your version does not have Update, install this APK over it. Your saves stay.
