oot-vr v0.7.0-beta
You can now update the game from the VR menu. Add Mods also reads .7z files.
This is a beta release. Some problems are known. Save frequently.
Important
You must own a legal copy of the game. This APK does not contain game assets. At the first start, you select a dump of your own cartridge or disc.
Note
Install this version with SideQuest. Update the next versions from the VR menu.
Added
- Update from the VR menu (#120). When a new release is available, the menu opens on the file select screen. Select Update. The first time, the headset asks for permission to install from this source. Your saves stay.
- Add Mods reads
.7zfiles (#117).
Known problems
- Some pre-rendered interiors have no textures (#17).
- A gray rectangle shows during scene transitions (#20).
- Link shouts when you swing the sword (#19).
- Distant objects disappear when you look straight at them (#56).
Install
- Enable developer mode on the headset.
- Install
oot-vr-v0.7.0-beta.apkwith SideQuest oradb install. - Copy your dump into the
Downloadfolder of the headset. - Start OoT VR from Unknown Sources, and select your dump.
If you have an older version, install this APK over it. Your saves stay.
