OpenCode 2, agent updates, and steadier approvals.
OpenCode 2
- New OpenCode installs get OpenCode 2. The phone tools stay direct tools, and OpenCode runs without leaving a background service on your phone.
- Already have OpenCode? Settings → OpenCode → Update to OpenCode 2. Your connected providers are kept. If the download fails, Buddy puts 1.x back.
Agent updates
- Each agent's screen in Settings shows its version and a Check for updates button, for Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode.
Approvals
- Add to cart / basket and checkout buttons ("Proceed to checkout", "Zur Kasse", "Passer la commande"…) always ask, with every agent and model. Before, it depended on the model.
- Cards name the real button: "add to cart" or "buy now" instead of a web form's "Submit".
- A plan you approved counts for its steps. The approval lasts 10 minutes (still one risky tap), and in Smart mode the reviewer knows what you approved. Closing pop-ups and upsells ("No thanks", "Done") no longer asks.
- If the agent taps a button that's no longer on screen, Buddy tells it to read the screen again instead of showing you a card.
Fixes
- OpenCode chats show their tool calls again.
- Coming back to a chat shows the messages that arrived while you were away.
Updating
Buddy will tell you about this update (or ask any agent "update yourself"). Otherwise install buddy.apk below over your current Buddy; your chats, settings and sign-ins are kept.
