OpenCode joins Claude Code and Codex, and approvals get a Change button.
OpenCode
- OpenCode as a third agent, installed inside Buddy like the others.
- Works with OpenCode's free models, no account needed. Connect your own providers (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter…) anytime: OpenCode → Connect a provider.
- Pick any OpenCode model per chat with the model chip.
Approvals
- Change next to Deny and Approve: type or say what to adjust ("make it 9, add a smiley"). The agent rewrites the message, post or email and asks you again. Works for Buddy's chats and for any MCP client using the phone tools.
Settings
- Options that need an agent you haven't set up (Claude or ChatGPT voice, a brain, the Smart reviewer) are greyed out and lead to its setup.
- Phone tools in your own sessions is back: a ready-made command for Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode in any terminal on the phone.
- Developer switch: Let agents tap Buddy's screens, for testing Buddy with an agent. Approval cards, App permissions and the developer switches stay off-limits.
Fixes
- Taps go through the bubble again.
- Terminal: long-press selects the exact word or link, dragging the handles works, and Open link is right next to Copy.
