Set traces_sample_rate to null by default (#616)

Make sure to update your config/sentry.php.

Replace

'traces_sample_rate' => (float)(env('SENTRY_TRACES_SAMPLE_RATE', 0.0)),

with

'traces_sample_rate' => env('SENTRY_TRACES_SAMPLE_RATE') === null ? null : (float)env('SENTRY_TRACES_SAMPLE_RATE'),
