Paseo 0.8 adds plugin header buttons, custom providers, and richer chat components, alongside fixes for desktop updates and mobile keyboards.

Before upgrading: desktop now requires macOS 13 or newer. Plugins written for 0.7 need the 0.8 migration guide, including separate client/server entries and the revised composer pill API.
