Fixed npm install @getpaseo/cli@beta failing with a 404 because the plugin SDK it depends on was never published
Renamed the plugin SDK package to @getpaseo/plugin, with @paseo/plugin imports still resolving for existing plugins
Fixed the old docked file explorer sidebar staying open next to the explorer pane after upgrading to 0.5.0-beta.1, with no way to dismiss it on Windows and Linux
Fixed new agents, terminals, and browser tabs opening in a background pane instead of the focused one
