• Blank demo page — jinja2 was only a dev dependency but needed at runtime for PWA template rendering. Moved to main dependencies. Added qrencode to CI for QR code generation
• PyPI README — replaced relative image paths with absolute URLs, replaced Mermaid diagram (unsupported on PyPI) with architecture SVG image
• CI demo validation — fixed find command that incorrectly excluded all index.html files

Changed

• Command Builder elevated on homepage — moved from section 7 to section 4 (after "How it works") for better discoverability
• Trust bar updated — 290+ → 480+ tests across all 4 locales
• SECURITY.md — documented update check transparency (reads PyPI only, no telemetry)
