Fixed

• Relay re-bind after exit teardown — relay deploy now detects a previous Realm process on the port and stops it instead of failing with "port already in use". Fixes the teardown → re-deploy → relay bind flow.
• Teardown leaves zombie relays — teardown now stops and disables relay nodes before uninstalling the exit server, preventing orphaned Realm processes forwarding to a dead exit.
