Fixed

• SSH timeout crashes — conn.run() now catches TimeoutExpired and returns a graceful failure (rc=124) instead of crashing with a raw Python traceback. Every provisioning step benefits.
• Misleading "ufw not found" — a timeout on which ufw was reported as "ufw not found" instead of showing the actual timeout error.
• Opaque PWA upload errors — "Failed to upload shared PWA assets" now includes the filename and stderr (e.g. "Failed to upload pwa/app.js: Command timed out after 30s").

Changed

• Increased all SSH timeouts for low-end machines — simple commands 5s→15s, file writes 15s→30s, Docker/systemctl 30s→60s, apt/acme.sh 120s→180s, Docker pull 180s→300s. Accounts for SSH handshake overhead on cheap VPS providers.
