Improved

• The theme now requires Grav 2.1.0 or later
• The sidebar's feed links use Grav 2.1's format-aware page URLs, so a blog at the site root links to /index.rss and /index.atom instead of working around the home route by hand

Bugfix

• Meta tag content was escaped twice, so a description containing & or a space showed up as & and   in the page source. The theme's copy of the metadata partial is gone and Grav core's is used instead, which also adds the <link rel="alternate" type="text/markdown"> tag for Grav 2.1's Markdown output
