Bugfix
- Deleting an access-permission rule from a page now sticks instead of reappearing the next time you open the page (#142).
- The logo and your avatar now stay inside the sidebar when it is collapsed, instead of the logo spilling out and the avatar looking squashed (#141).
- Removing the last category or tag from a page now sticks instead of the old value reappearing after you save (#140).
- The invitation-accept page now loads its translations, so its wording can be customized and it no longer briefly shows raw text like "Accept Heading" on a fresh browser (#139).
- A feature switched on by a plugin, such as the Downloads panel in Downloads Pro, now stays switched on when you reopen the page instead of reverting to off and hiding its settings (grav-premium-issues#609).
