Jobs and updates
- Require jobs to be enabled in saved settings before allowing manual runs (#4550, @grootbro).
- Allow manual updater runs to proceed even when updates are opted out (#4564, @kmendell).
- Resolve orphaned job run activities on startup (#4572, @kmendell).
Compose and workspaces
- Respect the name set in a Compose file instead of the project name (#4561, @kmendell).
- Use mount-time environment and volume settings in the workspace cache listener (#4563, @kmendell).
