This update fixes broken HTTPS support in the bundled Perl distribution. Currently, HTTPS support is only required for indexing podcasts because the BBC switched their podcast feeds to HTTPS URLs. Updating is encouraged, but If you do not use the podcast programme type, this update is not required.
The major and minor version numbers remain at 2.95, which means that get_iplayer itself has not changed. Only the bundled Perl distribution has been updated.
