Patch release of the 3.0.x line, on top of GeoServer 3.0.2. It upgrades dependencies, rebuilds the images on Eclipse Temurin 25.0.5 with the latest Ubuntu packages, and fixes two startup failures. There are no configuration changes.
Fixes: Services failed to start when GeoWebCache was disabled (#1059). The web UI failed to start when its WCS pages were disabled (#1060).
Dependencies: GeoServer ACL 3.0.4; Spring Boot 4.1.2, with Tomcat 11.0.27 and FreeMarker 2.3.35; Jackson 2.22.4, Guava 33.7.2-jre.
