This is a bug-fix release, addressing issues reported or discovered since the release of version 3.0.0, including a critical issue with the BJCP XML Points Report and issues setting entry limits by Medal Group.
Also includes moving the the clubs list to primary and secondary CDN sources with local redundancies should those fail to load.
