IMPLEMENTATIONS:
- [GUI] 🔥 A folder picker has been implemented so that folder paths can be selected directly (#10)
- [GUI] "title" can now be set in the metadata (GUI ➜ OCR-Options: --title my title). All renaming parameters can also be set as variables.
