🐞 Bug Fixes

1. Fixed a KeyError: text_1 error caused by a no Trusted Device Phone Numbers in the Apple account.
2. Fixed an area_id variable not being defined when loading the Configure > Tools > Cleanup Entity Registry screen.
3. Fixed a problem displaying the selected Apple Account in the Configure > Authenticate Apple Account Sign-in screen when there are 2+ Apple accounts, only one needs to be authenticated and the one not needing authentication is selected.
4. Fixed a problem displaying the Configure > Menu screen when there is an Apple account that needs to be authenticated.
