Fixes

• IQ extractor bandwidth filtering: AM demodulator no longer picks up adjacent stations. Server now applies bandwidth/2 as Butterworth LPF cutoff instead of outputRate/2.
• WebSocket reconnect fixes: Waterfall and audio now work after navigating back from admin page.
  • Terminate old waterfall worker on remount
  • Resume AudioContext on WebSocket reconnect
  • Clear activeDongleId on close for proper resubscription
• Dockerfile: Pass version via ldflags (was always reporting 'dev')

• iq_extractor.go: Added SetBandwidth(hz) method, updates RF filter cutoff
• manager.go: handleBandwidth() now updates IQ extractor RF filter
• protocol.go: Added Bandwidth field to ClientCommand
• sdr-engine.ts: Mode command includes bandwidth; reconnect fixes
• protocol.ts: Added bandwidth? to mode command type
• Dockerfile: Accepts VERSION and GOAMD64_LEVEL build args
