Bug fix release.
Fixes
- Direct sampling not turning off on profile switch — rtl_tcp commands for directSampling, biasT, and offsetTuning are now always explicitly sent (including 0 to disable). Switching from an HF profile back to VHF now correctly disables direct sampling on the hardware.
- Stale profile list in dropdown — the user-facing profile selector now always refreshes from the server when opened or when the active profile changes. Profiles deleted/added in the admin panel are immediately reflected.
- Per-profile biasT and offsetTuning — these hardware settings can now be set per frequency profile (overriding dongle-level defaults), matching the existing directSampling behavior.

- Title changed to NO(DE)-SDR across navbar, browser tab, and PWA manifest.
