Beta build. It reaches the people who turned on "Get beta builds" in Settings, and everyone else once it is promoted.

DirectX 12 timestamp queries under D3DMetal (#63). Apple's D3DMetal 3.0 reports a timestamp frequency of 60 and resolves every timestamp to zero. A game that times its frames with them reads nonsense and crashes, which is what Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy did after Play Game. Engine r2 adds a small d3d12.dll that sits in front of D3DMetal's and serves those queries itself, from the CPU clock at 10 MHz. Everything else still goes to D3DMetal. The engine update is 46 KB, the rest of the engine is reused, and environments move to r2 on their own since the Wine build is the same. If you have Guardians, or any DirectX 12 game that died the same way, please try it and say how it went in #63. Setting HB_D3D12_TSSHIM=0 in a program's environment turns the shim off for that program.

Release checks. Every release now goes through Scripts/gate.sh before it is cut, and a game check with nothing installed records as skipped rather than passed.
