Highball 0.8.2

• Highball opens its main window again on every launch. If you quit with the Settings window open and the main window closed, 0.8.0 and 0.8.1 came back showing only Settings, and the library was reachable only with ⌘N (issue #58). The Settings window is no longer restored at launch, and the main window is opened whenever Settings would otherwise be alone, including a click on the Dock icon.

Verified before tagging (M1 Pro, macOS 26.6.2)

• The report's exact sequence (open Settings, close the main window, quit, relaunch) now brings the main window back; that sequence is a permanent check in the release gates.
• A first run on an empty machine through the app: Get Started installs the engine and prepares the first environment.
• 162 tests.
