Ready for a second engine, without moving anyone.

Highball can now offer more than one Wine engine. This release ships the machinery, not a second engine: an engine update never moves a bottle to a different Wine build any more (bottles on the same Wine still move silently as before, the others stay where they are, and the old engine stays installed as long as a bottle uses it), each bottle can be switched between installed engines from its Advanced settings with the Windows setup re-run only when the Wine build differs, and the alert that shows when a program exits right away can offer the other engine as a second way out. The first candidate engine, Highball's own build of the CrossOver 26.3 tree, is not offered yet: it still fails Steam under the DXMT renderer on this tree, and nothing ships as an engine here before the verified titles pass on it.

Games in older bottles get msync back. Bottles set up by the Steam recipe before late August kept two lines in their environment that turned msync off for everything, while the Synchronization setting said msync. Highball drops exactly that pair once, so games in those bottles run with the faster mode again. The Steam window still starts with sync off for its own interface, as it did.

Failures now say what happened, what it means and what to do next. A download that stopped offers Try again and continues from where it was; a download that did not arrive intact offers Download again; a Windows setup that did not finish offers Repair; an installer that died offers Try again. Exit codes, paths and process output moved behind a Details button, with Copy for reports.

Smaller things. Engine downloads resume after an interruption and retry on their own. Old logs are pruned by age and size. A bottle whose 32-bit half is missing is repaired quietly before a launch instead of failing with a kernel32 error. Wine's menu builder no longer runs in any bottle, so installers stop putting shortcuts on the Mac Desktop. The Dependencies panel recognises a runtime a game's own prerequisite installed. The command line's bottle create takes the newest installed engine rather than the alphabetically first.

Details: issue #54 for the Steam sync inheritance that remains open.
